PRIMARK 3 IN 1 BROW REVIEW

I purchased the PS 3 in 1 brow pencil after noticing how on fleek my friend’s eyebrow’s were. I haven’t tried many other brow pencils because I love and trust the Benefit precisely my brow pencil but it’s always good to see what is about, especially as the Benefit pencil isn’t exactly cheap. I have been using this primark brow pencil for a few weeks now I have been enjoying using it. Sometimes I am so stupid, I didn’t even notice the name of the product when I started using it. My friend asked if I liked the powder in the pencil and I was so confused! I was laughing to myself when I got home to notice there was indeed powder in the middle of the pencil!

My first impressions of the pencil was how easily the product applied. With my benefit pencil I have to press quite hard so it felt so weird how gently I could apply this product. I think this is because the formula is on the waxier side. The slant of the pencil makes it easy to create the shape of the brow as well as creating little strokes. The powder is a nice little addition to the pencil but I wouldn’t miss it if it wasn’t there. It does give more definition but I use the tiniest bit otherwise I feel that my brows look a bit clumpy. I like the brush on the pencil, I like how it is quite short as it gets the hairs at the front of my brow and helps to put my brows where I want them!

Left: Pencil Right: Powder

I have the shade Taupe and I would say it is a good shade and it is super pigmented. The powder looks a bit warmer than I’d like- you can see from the swatch above what I mean about the clumpy situation.

Overall, I like the primark brow pencil and will keep using it as my everyday eyebrow pencil. It creates a good strong brow and I love how easy it is to create the shape and doesn’t leave harsh lines. Although it won’t replace my favourite Benefit eyebrow pencil, it is still an amazing pencil and especially for the price of just £2! I think that this is worth trying. I keep looking at my brows now and I am having a good brow day! Just for me, I personally don’t like the powder but my friends do so it’s just personal preference!

What do you think of this pencil? I definitely recommend! Thanks for reading!

I haven’t tried much of the primark makeup range but I definitely want to and this seems like a good one to try out!

It sounds fab for the price, I’m not sure I’d like the powder either but the pencil section looks really good! xx
