I am so excited for this post of the Makeup Revolution Conceal and Define Concealer. When I saw that Makeup Revolution were releasing new concealers I had high hopes, and was super excited to get my hands on them! Makeup Revolution already have a concealer but I think it may be a bit meh, I’ve never seen anyone use it. But, when I heard that these are apparently a dupe for the Tarte concealer, I knew they would be good. Makeup Revolution have definitely upped their game, I don’t know how they are doing it… but they are killing it!
I love the packaging of the Makeup Revolution Conceal and Define Concealer. The rose gold theme is still going strong. The concealer has a doe foot applicator in a plastic bottle. The applicator is quite big and picks up a good amount of product, which is good as you can get coverage just from one dip.
Left to right: C2, C5, C6
I am pretty happy with the shades I chose. C2 is perfect to highlight under my eyes. C5 and C6 confuse me though, as C5 is darker than C6 haha! I will use C6 to highlight under my eyes for when I have a dark tan. I could use C5 to cover any spots I may have when I use a darker foundation to match my tan.
The concealer does not feel thick under the eyes which I’m happy about. I hate being able to feel makeup on my face! The concealer with my beauty blender, blends out like a dream! The product doesn’t dry down super quick, which is good as I like to apply it where I need it which is under my eyes, down my nose, on my chin and cupids bow before blending. As with any concealer, it needs setting with powder quickly before it starts creasing.
What do you think of the Makeup Revolution Conceal and Define Concealer? Overall, I think it is amazing. It looks so flawless and only costs £4! I recommend it to everyone! This concealer comes in so many shades which is amazing!
